Who answers
Emails go to the owner-operator. Replies are not from a contact centre. We aim for one working day; in practice most replies arrive same-day.
What we don’t do by phone
We don’t take bookings or payments over the phone. This isn’t unfriendliness — it’s because the live calendar online shows real availability in real time, and the booking form captures the access details the crew needs before arrival. Phone bookings end up needing a second call and a third email to confirm the same things. The online booking form takes about 90 seconds. If you genuinely can’t use it, email us and we’ll book it for you.
Visiting the depot
The depot is at SN7 7SS, off the A420 between Swindon and Oxford. Visitors are by appointment only — please don’t drop in unannounced as we may be out on a delivery. For a depot visit (rare — most customers never need to come), email and we’ll arrange a time.
